Top Mount / Under Mount Sink ?

1. more likely u should consider if u comfortable with the sink edges protrude out? - top mount
2. or u prefer to have convenience when preparing food at sink -undermount
3. if u are comfortable with the replacement of sink procedure -undermount
4.if u want the flexibility to replace sink easily - top mount
5.for aesthetic reasons? to each's own on which one looks nicer
