Flicker & Non-flicker lights

Non-flicker light:
1) As it is named, this type of lighting do not flicker when you switched on your lights initially.
2) Sometimes, the flickering effect of switching on the lights initially will disrupt your music or even when you are watching movie.
3) It isnt good for the eyes too.
4) However, if the light is faulty, you will have to replace the whole 'balat' including the light which costs you $9 for downlights. The 'balat' is different from a normal lighting. It is electronically controlled.

Normal light:
1) If your light is faulty, the replacement cost is just only $6 for downlights.
2) The durability is the same as that of a non-flicker light. About 5000 hours.
3) It is cheaper that non-flicker lights.
4) However, it will flicker momentarily when switched on initially
